Clear glass vials with 20 mm crimp seal finish are designed to fit most headspace autosamplers. Made of superior quality 1st hydrolytic class glass (Type 1) in clear and amber Certifications: Glass meets all requirements of Pharm. US, EU, JPN.

Thermo Scientific™ headspace vials are available in clear or amber glass with a round or flat base, a crimp seal with a beveled or square edge finish, or with a screw-thread finish. Headspace vials, septum, and caps can be purchased in various quantities separately or together as convenience kits to fit your laboratory needs.

CCITM vials are available in 6ml, 10ml, 20ml versions with Screw and Crimp type. Use Tin plate seals with magnetic pick auto samplers. Pressure release seals are designed to open when internal pressures exceed 3.0±0.5 bar, protecting equipment during analysis of highly volatile samples.
