Headspace Glass Vials & Headspace Caps Aijiren headspace vials come in two basic sizes (10 mL glass vials and 20 mL glass vials; Crimp caps are most common however many customers use screw sample and application dependent; clear glass vials and amber vials are available; 11 mm caps, 18 mm caps, and 20 mm caps are engineered to prevent sample contamination while providing consistent, secure seals.
All of our headspace vials are 20 mL, providing a maximum liquid sample volume of 15 mL. They have a greater wall thickness and round base which enables them to withstand pressure up to 60 psig. Low-volume sampling can be achieved by using a 6 mL crimp vial and vial adapter.
